With over a decade of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, she specializes in creatively identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier leadership talent across industries. Her career spans both executive search and in-house talent acquisition, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on building high-performing leadership teams.

Prior to joining B. Riley Farber, Benish worked as a senior consultant at two United States based executive search firms, executing end to end complex, multi-market C-Suite and Board mandates primarily across PE/VC, Financial Services, and Technology sector.
