On December 30, 2019, Dion Global Solutions (Canada) Limited. (the “Company“) filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA“) and B. Riley Farber Inc. (“B. Riley Farber“) was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.
