On December 1, 2023, B. Riley Farber Inc. (“B. Riley Farber”) was appointed as the Receiver and Manager (in such capacities, the “Receiver”) pursuant to section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended, section 248(3)(b) of the Ontario Business Corporations Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. B.16, and rule 26(4)(c) of the Family Law Rules over all of the assets, undertakings and properties (the “Property”) of Minty’s Marine Service Inc. (the “Company”), pursuant to an Order (the “Receivership Order”) of the Honourable Justice C. Boswell of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”).

Claims Process for Minty’s Marine Service Inc.
On June 4, 2024, by Court Order (the “Claims Process Order”), the Court authorized the Receiver to implement a claims process (“Claims Process”) for Minty’s Marine Service Inc. (“Minty’s”).
If you believe you are a creditor of Minty’s, please continue reading this notice and the below referenced information. If you are a creditor of the Applicant or the Respondent in these proceedings, this notice and claims process does not apply to you.
All creditors of Minty’s are required to submit a Proof of Claim to B. Riley Farber Inc., on or before 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) August 15, 2024 (the “Claims Bar Date”).
CLAIMS WHICH ARE NOT RECEIVED BY THE CLAIMS BAR DATE WILL BE BARRED AND EXTINGUISHED FOREVER.
