B. Riley Farber Inc. (“B. Riley Farber“) became the Court appointed receiver (the “Receiver“) over the assets, property and undertaking (the “Property“) of Rene Emil Boljkovac, 1735509 Ontario Inc. and Northern Dental Centres Inc. (“Boljkovac“) on April 15, 2014 pursuant to an Order (the “Appointment Order“) of the Honourable Mr. Justice McEwen of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List). Boljkovac operated the dental practice known as Bobcaygeon Family Dentistry at 100 East Street South, Bobcaygeon, Ontario.
