York-Durham Heritage Railway Association (the “Company”) filed an assignment into bankruptcy on January 18, 2024, pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and B. Riley Farber Inc., LIT (“B. Riley Farber”), was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.

Status Update

The First Meeting of Creditors was held on February 9, 2024 at 11:00AM via ZOOM videoconference.

Sale Process

The Trustee is undertaking a sale process (the “Sale Process“) to solicit interest in, and opportunities for a sale or combination of sales of all or substantially all of the Company’s property (the “Property“).

Prospective purchasers can access additional information through an electronic data room (the “Data Room”) that the Trustee will provide upon receipt of an executed non-disclosure agreement.

Bidders who wish to make a formal offer must deliver a copy of a final, binding offer (“Bid”) by 5:00PM on April 26, 2024 (the “Final Bid Deadline”) to the Trustee.
