We are excited to announce the addition of Rob Biehler and Nerina Jahja to our corporate restructuring team of professionals. Rob has joined B. Riley Farber as a Managing Director and Nerina as a Senior Manager.
Rob has over 25 years’ experience as a restructuring professional, most recently as partner of a national accounting firm. Rob has acted for financial institutions, secured creditors, corporations, shareholders, and other stakeholders in over 125 restructuring and advisory matters providing reliable advice in complex distressed matters. His experience includes engagements in the retail, distribution, food and beverage, agribusiness, real estate, and manufacturing industry sectors.
Nerina’s previous experience comprises of insolvency and restructuring services, in a wide range of industries both in Canada and the USA. She has been engaged to assist a variety of stakeholders that include management teams, financial institutions, alternative lenders and secured creditors in numerous stressed and distressed engagements. Nerina currently serves as a board member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), a premier networking organization for women in the practice of insolvency and restructuring.
