B. Riley Farber Inc. Substitution Order

On February 22, 2023, the corporate division of A. Farber & Partners Inc. was acquired by B. Riley Financial, Inc. and will continue to operate as B. Riley Farber Inc. Pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice McEwen dated February 8, 2023 (the “Substitution Order”), B. Riley Farber Inc. was substituted in place of A. Farber & Partners Inc. and A. Farber & Partners Ltd. in all its ongoing court appointed restructuring engagements and appointments under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies Creditors’ Arrangement Act.
